We have preserved our traditional flavor since the Showa era, becoming a beloved staple in the local community. Our restaurant offers a nostalgic, warm, and inviting atmosphere.
Our signature rich and addictive sauce is carefully handmade daily using selected ingredients. As a representative dish of Nagoya, it is cherished by many.

そ〜れ三代目店長 金岡晃弘でございます。
1960年代に誕生した “あんかけスパゲッティ”。皆様にご愛好頂き、早くも半世紀が経とうとしております。
発祥の店として、そして名古屋名物の一つとして、これからもご満足いただけるお店であり続けたいと願っております。
ソースは毎日厳選した素材を使用して丁寧に調理しており、大量生産はしておりません。
不器用な店ではございますが、名古屋にお越しの際は、ぜひ一度お立ち寄りくださいませ。
Ankake Spaghetti was born in the 1960s. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for over 50 years of support from our customers.
As the origin of this dish and a proud part of Nagoya’s culinary culture, we aim to continue delivering satisfaction to every guest.
Our sauce is carefully prepared daily using selected ingredients, and for that reason, we cannot produce in large quantities.
Though we may be a modest shop, we warmly invite you to visit us when you are in Nagoya.
